Results Guide

Check your ballot result by CNIC — the right way

Five minutes, zero cost, no middlemen. Here is exactly how to check your CM Punjab E-Bike Scheme balloting result on the official portal, what each outcome means, and the move to make next.

  1. Open the official portal

Go to bikes.punjab.gov.pk (students) or ptf.punjab.gov.pk (teachers). Type the address yourself — result-season is peak season for fake 'result checker' websites that harvest CNICs.

  2. Sign in with your CNIC

Use the CNIC number and registered mobile number you applied with. If you saved your application ID screenshot (we told you to!), keep it handy — it speeds up any support call.

  3. Open your application status

Your dashboard shows the current stage. After a draw, it reads as selected in balloting, not selected / carried forward, or still under verification if your file never reached the draw.

  4. Cross-check the SMS

Results are also pushed by SMS to your registered number and by email. The portal is authoritative — if SMS and portal disagree, trust the portal and call the helpline.

  5. Act on the result

Selected? Your file moves to Bank of Punjab post-ballot scrutiny — prepare your co-borrower today. Not selected? Verified applications usually carry forward into the next draw automatically.

Decode the Outcome

What each result actually means

Selected in balloting

You won the draw — provisionally. The file now enters Bank of Punjab scrutiny: co-borrower credit, DBR, verification visits. Read what BOP checks and prepare this week.

What BOP checks next

Not selected / carried forward

The random draw didn't pick you this round. Verified applications typically roll into the next phase automatically — no fresh application needed. Keep documents valid.

Track your carried-forward status

Still under verification

Your file never reached this draw — usually a document or verification issue. Check the status detail, fix what's flagged, and you'll enter the next ballot.

Result FAQs

Ballot result questions answered

How do I check the e-bike scheme ballot result by CNIC?

Log in to bikes.punjab.gov.pk with the CNIC and registered mobile number you applied with, and open your application dashboard — the balloting status is shown there. Results are also sent by SMS and email to your registered contacts. No third-party website can show your real result.

The result SMS never arrived. Does that mean I lost?

No. SMS delivery fails for many reasons — the most common being a SIM not registered against your own CNIC. The portal status is the authoritative record: log in and check directly. If the portal shows no update long after a announced draw, call the BOP helpline at 042-111-333-267 with your application ID.

I was selected in the ballot. Is the bike confirmed?

Not yet. Selection is provisional until the Bank of Punjab completes post-balloting scrutiny: your co-borrower's ECIB credit report, Debt Burden Ratio (within 40%), physical verification, and document authenticity. Prepare your co-borrower immediately — this stage eliminates more winners than anything else.

I was not selected. Do I need to apply again?

Usually not. Verified applications are typically carried forward into the next balloting phase automatically. Keep your documents current — especially your learner's permit expiry — so you remain eligible when the next draw runs.

Can anyone check the result for me, or speed it up?

Anyone with your CNIC can view a published result, but nobody — no agent, official or website — can change or accelerate one. The draw is a completed computerized event. Anyone charging money around ballot results is committing fraud.

When is the next balloting date?

Balloting dates are announced on the official portal after each application window closes and verification completes. There is no fixed calendar. Watch bikes.punjab.gov.pk announcements, or check our news updates where we track each phase.

Selected? The clock is now running.

Post-ballot bank scrutiny starts immediately — and it eliminates more winners than the draw itself spares. Get your co-borrower ready today.
