Electric — up to PKR 250,000 financing
Electric bikes and scooties
Higher financing cap, near-zero running cost, best for city commutes under ~25 km a day with reliable home charging.

Petrol — up to PKR 150,000 financing
Petrol motorcycles
Unlimited range, instant refuelling, mechanics in every bazaar — the practical pick for rural riders and long daily distances.

Catalogue FAQs
Model selection questions
Which bikes can I choose under the CM Punjab scheme?
Only models listed in the official portal catalogue qualify — no outside brands regardless of price. The electric list features Jolta, Vlektra, OKLA, E-Turbo, Revoo, Buraaq, Crown Electric and Yadea (financing up to PKR 250,000); the petrol list features Honda CD 70, United, Metro, Ramza and Crown 70cc models (financing up to PKR 150,000).
What happens if my chosen bike costs more than the financing cap?
You pay the difference upfront to the Bank of Punjab after being declared successful. The government covers nothing above PKR 250,000 (electric) or PKR 150,000 (petrol), so a premium model effectively raises your down payment.
Can I change my selected model after applying?
Only until the announced deadline for the phase — in Phase 1 that cut-off was 29 April 2024. After it, your choice locks because quotas and financing are computed against it.
Which bike holds its value best?
Honda CD 70 is Pakistan's undisputed resale king — relevant once your installments finish and the NOC transfers ownership. Among electrics, established names with wide service networks (Jolta, Crown, Yadea) generally resell more easily than newer entrants.
Are these prices exact?
No — they are indicative ranges compiled from the approved catalogue and market pricing. Bike prices move with the market; the portal catalogue at bikes.punjab.gov.pk is the only binding price source at application time.
Picked a model? Price it out.
Run your chosen bike through the installment calculator, then compare electric vs petrol running costs for your actual commute.
