Selected
Your application was drawn in the PITB ballot. Visit Bank of Punjab within 14 days with original documents.
Waiting List
You are a reserve candidate. You will receive an offer if a primary selected applicant withdraws or fails verification.
Not Selected
Your application was not drawn this round. It is automatically carried forward to the next Phase 2 ballot.

Selected applicants receive an SMS with branch assignment and 14-day deadline.

Gather original documents
CNIC, co-borrower CNIC, learner's permit, enrolment certificate, and two passport photos.

Visit Bank of Punjab branch
Complete ECIB credit check and document verification within 14 days of result.

Bike delivery
After BOP approves your file, the e-bike is delivered. Insurance, registration, and token tax are covered by GoPb.

Phase 2 result search — questions answered
How do I check my Phase 2 result?
Enter your 13-digit CNIC and Application ID in the search form above, then click Check My Result. Phase 2 results are announced after the application deadline (October 4, 2026) once PITB conducts the official computerised ballot. Results are not available before that date.
What does 'Selected' mean in the Phase 2 result?
Selected means your application was drawn in the official PITB ballot and you have been offered a subsidised e-bike or petrol-bike under Phase 2. You must visit your assigned Bank of Punjab branch within 14 days with original documents for ECIB verification and to complete the loan processing.
What does 'Waiting List' mean?
Waiting List means your application was drawn as a reserve position. You will receive the offer only if a primary selected applicant fails BOP verification or withdraws. Waiting list positions are filled in serial order. Keep your registered mobile number active — SMS notifications are sent without further notice.
What does 'Not Selected' mean?
Not Selected means your application was not drawn in this ballot round. However, Phase 2 will have multiple ballot rounds. Verified applications are automatically carried forward to the next round — you do not need to reapply.
Where is my Application ID?
Your Application ID was sent to your registered mobile number by SMS when you submitted your Phase 2 application at bikes.punjab.gov.pk. You can also find it in your application confirmation email or by logging in to the portal.
Is my CNIC stored when I search?
No. CNIC numbers and Application IDs entered in this form are used only for the lookup and are never stored, logged, or shared with any third party. No personal data is retained after your search session ends.
Selected? You have 14 days to complete BOP verification.
Visit Bank of Punjab with all original documents before the deadline. Failure to verify within 14 days forfeits the slot to the next waiting list candidate.
