Tracking FAQs

Phase 2 tracking questions answered

How do I track my Phase 2 application?

Log in to bikes.punjab.gov.pk using your CNIC and Application ID (sent by SMS when you applied). Your dashboard shows your current application status: Submitted, Under Verification, Eligible, Selected, Not Selected, or Bike Collected.

What does 'Under Verification' mean in Phase 2 tracking?

Under Verification means PITB is cross-checking your application details against government databases — your CNIC in NADRA, your student enrolment at the institution, and your driving permit in the traffic police system. This process typically takes 1–3 weeks after the application deadline.

My application status has not changed in weeks — what should I do?

If your status has been 'Submitted' or 'Under Verification' for more than 4 weeks after the October 4, 2026 deadline, call the Phase 2 helpline at 042-99212260 or email [email protected] with your Application ID and CNIC. Do not reapply.

I lost my Application ID — how can I retrieve it?

Your Application ID was sent to your guarantor's registered mobile number by SMS when you submitted the application. Check old messages. If you cannot find it, call 042-99212260 with your CNIC and they can retrieve it.

Can I track Phase 2 status without the Application ID?

The official portal requires your Application ID alongside your CNIC to log in. If you have lost it, contact the helpline (042-99212260). Some updates are also sent directly by SMS to your guarantor's mobile without needing to log in.
