Applications are open until 4 October 2026. The ballot will be conducted by PITB after the window closes. Results will appear on bikes.punjab.gov.pk and by SMS on your registered mobile number.
Understanding Your Result
Your application was drawn in the computerised lottery. This is provisional — your file enters Bank of Punjab post-ballot scrutiny: co-borrower ECIB credit check, DBR within 40%, and document verification. Pass BOP scrutiny and the bike is yours.

Application window closes
Phase 2 applications close on 4 October 2026. PITB and the scheme team then begin verifying all submitted applications. Incomplete files, unverifiable CNICs, and ineligible applicants are excluded before the draw.
Computerised e-ballot by PITB
PITB runs a transparent computerised ballot. All verified, eligible applications are assigned a unique number. A random draw selects winners up to the available bike quota. The process is recorded, auditable, and independent — no human can influence the result.
Phase 2 results announced
The result is published on bikes.punjab.gov.pk. Selected applicants receive an SMS to their registered mobile. The Phase 2 ballot list — a PDF containing all selected names — is also released on the official portal. See the ballot list PDF page for download details.
Bank of Punjab scrutiny for selected applicants
Selected applicants have a 14-day window to visit their assigned Bank of Punjab branch with original documents. BOP runs ECIB credit checks on the co-borrower, verifies that the DBR is within 40%, and authenticates documents. Applicants who pass BOP scrutiny collect their bike from an authorised dealer.
Unsuccessful applications carried forward
Verified applications not selected in this ballot are automatically carried forward into the next Phase 2 ballot round. No action is required from the applicant. Applicants need only ensure their documents remain valid.

No. Phase 2 applications are open until 4 October 2026. The computerised ballot will be conducted by PITB after the application window closes and all applications are verified. Results are expected 2–4 weeks after the deadline. Monitor bikes.punjab.gov.pk and your registered mobile for SMS notification.
Log in to bikes.punjab.gov.pk with your CNIC and Application ID. Your dashboard shows your current status: Pending, Selected in Balloting, or Not Selected. When results are announced, an SMS is also sent to your registered mobile number.
Selection in the Phase 2 ballot is provisional. Your file enters Bank of Punjab post-ballot scrutiny: co-borrower ECIB credit history, Debt Burden Ratio within 40%, and document verification. Only applicants who pass BOP verification receive a bike.

The Phase 2 ballot covers 1,00,000 bikes (E-Bikes + P-Bikes across all 36 districts), five times the Phase 1 batch of 20,000 bikes. The process is the same: PITB computerised draw, BOP verification, then bike delivery from an authorised dealer. Phase 2 also allows applicants aged 16–17 with a juvenile permit — new for Phase 2.
Incomplete applications are excluded from the ballot entirely. Fix any flagged issues on your dashboard and keep your documents valid before the October deadline.
