How to Find Your Name
Search your CNIC in the male ballot PDF — step by step
Open the correct PDF
Click the PDF above for your bike type (E-Bike or P-Bike) and result type (Successful or Waiting). It opens directly on the official Punjab government site.

Search CNIC without dashes
Type your 13-digit CNIC without dashes: e.g. 3520212345678. This format works on most exports.
Try with dashes if not found
If nothing shows, search: 35202-1234567-8. Some PDF exports use dashes.
Search by name
Try your full name (as per CNIC) or your father's name if CNIC search is inconclusive.
Confirm the full row
When found, verify Name, Father's Name, District, and Institution all match your records before assuming it is you.

How do I find my name in the male e-bike ballot list?
Download the E-Bike Male Successful PDF above. Open it in Google Drive or Adobe Acrobat. Press Ctrl+F and search your 13-digit CNIC without dashes first — e.g. 3520212345678. If not found, try with dashes. Also try searching by name or father's name.
What does the male waiting list mean?
The male waiting list contains reserve positions. If a selected male applicant fails Bank of Punjab verification or withdraws, his slot goes to the next person on the waiting list in serial order. Low serial numbers (top 10–15%) have a realistic chance of receiving an offer. Keep your registered mobile number active.
Are E-Bike Male and P-Bike Male on the same list?
No. Applicants who applied for electric bikes are on the E-Bike Male list, and those who chose petrol bikes are on the P-Bike Male list. Both have separate successful and waiting lists. Download the one matching your original application choice.
My name is not on any male ballot list — what does that mean?
Your application was either not selected in the ballot or did not pass pre-ballot verification. Your verified application is typically carried forward to the next ballot round automatically. Log in at bikes.punjab.gov.pk with your CNIC and Application ID to check your current status.
I am on the successful list. What do I do next?
Visit your assigned Bank of Punjab branch within 14 days of the result announcement. Bring your original CNIC, guarantor's CNIC, driving licence, student enrolment certificate, and the selection confirmation. BOP will verify your documents, run a credit check, and arrange bike collection from an authorised dealer.
