How It Works
How the Phase 2 computerised ballot is conducted
Applications collected
All applications submitted at bikes.punjab.gov.pk before October 4, 2026 are collected by PITB.
Verification
PITB verifies each application against NADRA (CNIC), BISP/institution databases, and checks for duplicate or ineligible entries.
Priority quotas first
A proportion of the 100,000 slots is reserved for female students and applicants from underserved districts before the open draw.
Computerised random draw
Remaining slots are filled by a transparent computerised lottery. The draw is random — no one can influence or 'boost' an application.
Results announced
Results are sent via SMS to the guarantor's registered mobile number and are visible on bikes.punjab.gov.pk using your Application ID.
Selected applicants act within 14 days

Ballot FAQs
Phase 2 ballot questions — answered
How do I check my Phase 2 ballot result?
Go to bikes.punjab.gov.pk and log in with your CNIC and Application ID. Your status will show as Pending, Selected, or Not Selected. You will also receive an SMS to your guarantor's registered mobile number when results are announced.
When will Phase 2 ballot results be announced?
The application deadline is October 4, 2026. Ballot results for Phase 2 are typically announced 2–4 weeks after the deadline. PITB (Punjab Information Technology Board) runs the computerised ballot. Monitor bikes.punjab.gov.pk and your guarantor's mobile for SMS notifications.
How does the Phase 2 computerised ballot work?
PITB runs a transparent computerised e-ballot if applications exceed the 100,000 quota. All verified applications are entered into the system. The draw is random — no one can influence the result. Priority quotas may be reserved for female students and applicants from remote districts before the open ballot runs.
What if I am not selected in the Phase 2 ballot?
If not selected, your application stays in the PITB system for future phases. You do not need to reapply from scratch. You can also check PAVE Phase 2 — the federal scheme offering Rs 80,000 subsidy on a first-come-first-served basis with no ballot.
I was selected in Phase 2 — what do I do next?
After receiving the selection SMS, visit your assigned Bank of Punjab branch within 14 days. Bring all original documents: CNIC (guarantor's), your permit, student enrolment certificate, and the selection letter. Sign the loan agreement. BOP will assign you a dealer and collection date.
