CNIC (front and back)

Application Process
How to apply — step by step
Go to parwaaz.psdf.org.pk
Open the official portal in your browser. Do not use any other website — parwaaz.psdf.org.pk is the only legitimate application portal. Bookmark it.
Register with CNIC and mobile number
Click 'Register' and enter your 13-digit CNIC number and the mobile number registered to that CNIC. You will receive an OTP (one-time password) by SMS to verify your number.
Tip: Use the mobile number registered against your CNIC in NADRA records. A mismatched number may cause OTP delivery failure.
Create your applicant profile
Fill in your personal details: name (as on CNIC), address (must be Punjab), date of birth, education level, and work/trade skills. This profile is also used for the job portal — fill it accurately.
Start a new loan application
From your dashboard, click 'Apply for Loan' or 'Parwaaz Card Application'. Select the application type (pre-departure financial support) and enter your overseas job details: destination country, employer, OEP details, job type, and offered salary.
Enter your expense breakdown
List each pre-departure expense you need covered: visa fee amount, medical fee, air ticket cost, OEP fee, etc. The total of listed expenses must not exceed PKR 300,000. Be accurate — PSDF verifies these against receipts you submit later.
Tip: Do not estimate. Enter exact amounts from quotations or fee schedules. Over-claiming is grounds for rejection.
Upload all required documents
Upload scanned copies of all mandatory documents: CNIC (front and back), offer letter, OEP confirmation, passport copy, photograph, and any skill/medical certificates. Files must be clear — blurry or cropped images are rejected.
Tip: Accepted formats are typically JPEG and PDF. Keep each file under 2MB unless the portal specifies otherwise.
Review and submit
Review your complete application carefully before submitting. Once submitted, PSDF begins review. You cannot edit the application after submission — if you notice an error, contact the helpline at 1786.
Wait for PSDF review (7–10 working days)
PSDF verifies your eligibility, job offer authenticity and OEP registration. You will receive SMS and portal notification with the decision. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods.
Receive 20% advance disbursement
On approval, 20% of the approved loan amount is transferred to your Bank of Punjab account. Use this to begin paying your pre-departure expenses. Keep every receipt.
Upload expense receipts to receive 80%
Log into your portal account and upload official receipts for each expense paid. PSDF verifies them and releases the remaining 80% of your loan. Do not lose any receipt — without it, the remaining balance is not disbursed.
Tip: Take photos of receipts immediately after payment. Paper receipts fade and get lost.
Common Mistakes
Why applications get rejected — and how to avoid it
✗ Blurry or incomplete document scans
Fix: Scan in good lighting; ensure all four corners of the document are visible in the image.
✗ OEP is not BEOE-registered
Fix: Verify OEP's BEOE licence number before applying. Use the job portal (parwaaz.psdf.org.pk) which lists only registered OEPs.
✗ Offer letter is missing key details
Fix: Ensure letter includes: employer name, job title, salary amount and currency, destination country, and contract duration.
✗ CNIC address does not show Punjab
Fix: Update your CNIC address to your current Punjab address at NADRA before applying if your card still shows an old non-Punjab address.
✗ Expense amounts inflated or not supported by quotes
Fix: Enter only verifiable amounts. PSDF cross-checks with standard fee schedules and actual receipts.
✗ Mobile number not matching CNIC in NADRA records
Fix: Register your CNIC-linked mobile number in the system, or update your NADRA-linked number first.
