Parwaaz Card — Job Portal
Parwaaz Card Job Portal — verified overseas jobs for Punjab youth
Launched August 29, 2026, the Parwaaz job portal at parwaaz.psdf.org.pk connects Punjab youth with overseas vacancies listed exclusively by BEOE-licensed Overseas Employment Promoters. No fake agents, no scams — only government-verified listings.
Portal Overview
What the Parwaaz Job Portal offers
The Job Seeker Portal is the second major component of the Parwaaz Card platform, launched separately on August 29, 2026. While the loan component helps fund pre-departure costs, the job portal helps you find the job in the first place — safely.
Pakistan loses tens of thousands of workers to fraudulent overseas job scams each year. The Parwaaz portal addresses this by allowing only BEOE-registered Overseas Employment Promoters to list vacancies. The OEP must have a valid Bureau of Emigration licence to post on the platform.
For job seekers, this means: every listing on the portal has a licenced agent behind it — not a middleman, not a fake WhatsApp group admin, and not a social media scammer.

How to Use It
Step by step: finding a job on the Parwaaz portal
- 1
Create or log in to your Parwaaz account
Go to parwaaz.psdf.org.pk and register with your CNIC and mobile number (or log in if you already applied for the loan). One account covers both the loan and job portal.
- 2
Complete your job seeker profile
Fill in your skills, trade certifications, work experience, and preferred destination countries. A complete profile helps OEPs match you to suitable vacancies. Include any PSDF, TEVTA or NAVTTC certifications.
- 3
Browse available vacancies
View the live vacancy board — filtered by country, trade/sector, or salary range. Each listing shows the OEP name, job description, salary, destination, and application deadline.
- 4
Verify the OEP before applying
Note the OEP name and BEOE licence number shown on the listing. You can cross-check this independently on the BEOE website. Legitimate OEPs will provide their licence number freely.
- 5
Apply through the portal
Click 'Apply' on the vacancy listing. Your profile details are shared with the OEP who reviews your application. Do not pay any fee before receiving a formal placement confirmation.
- 6
If selected: apply for a Parwaaz Card loan
Once you have a confirmed offer letter from the OEP, you can apply for the Parwaaz Card loan through the same portal to fund your pre-departure expenses.

Overseas job scam warning signs
Any agent asking for upfront fees before you have a confirmed offer letter — the Parwaaz loan covers legitimate OEP fees, but only after documented placement
Job ads on WhatsApp or Facebook groups with no verifiable OEP name or BEOE licence number
Offers that seem too good — salary of AED 10,000+ for unskilled work with no formal interview
Agents who want you to travel on a visit/tourist visa and 'convert to work visa on arrival' — this is illegal in most Gulf countries
Websites that look like parwaaz.psdf.org.pk but have slightly different URLs (e.g. parwaz-card.pk, psdf-parwaaz.com)
Any payment demanded to 'register' or 'shortlist' your application — the official portal is free
Common Questions
Job portal FAQs
When was the Parwaaz Card Job Portal launched?
The Parwaaz Card Job Seeker Portal was officially launched on August 29, 2026 — a separate launch event from the main Parwaaz Card loan scheme (inaugurated January 28, 2026). The portal enables Punjab youth to browse and apply for verified overseas vacancies listed by BEOE-registered Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs). Access it at parwaaz.psdf.org.pk.
Are the jobs on the Parwaaz portal legitimate?
Jobs on the Parwaaz portal are listed only by BEOE-licensed Overseas Employment Promoters — the government-registered agents authorised to legally place Pakistani workers abroad. This is significantly safer than ads on social media or from unregistered agents. However, always do your own verification: confirm the OEP's BEOE licence number independently and read the full job terms before committing.
Can I use the job portal without applying for the loan?
Yes. The job portal and the loan application are separate features within the same parwaaz.psdf.org.pk platform. You can create a job seeker profile and browse/apply for overseas vacancies without applying for a Parwaaz Card loan. The loan is an optional financial support tool — not a requirement for using the job matching service.
What types of jobs are listed on the Parwaaz portal?
Primarily skilled and semi-skilled roles in Gulf countries and other BEOE-approved destinations. Current sectors include: transport and driving (light and heavy vehicle drivers), construction (labourers, tradespeople), manufacturing, textiles, hospitality, retail, caregiving, and agriculture. The vacancy list updates as OEPs add new postings.
