Enrolled in a Punjab institution
Government or recognised private college or university registered with HED Punjab or a Punjab education board.
Currently studying (not passed out)
You must be an active enrolled student at the time of application. Passed-out alumni do not qualify.
Punjab CNIC
Your CNIC must show a Punjab domicile address. Students from other provinces studying in Punjab typically do not qualify.
Valid learner's permit or driving licence
You must have or obtain a valid learner's permit for motorcycles/scooters before collecting the bike.
Institutional enrollment proof
A valid student ID card and enrollment certificate from your institution. The institution must confirm your active enrollment.
Not already received a scheme vehicle
First-time applicant only — you have not previously received an e-bike, scooty or motorcycle under any Punjab government scheme.

How to Apply
Step-by-step application process
Check your institution's scheme notice board
Many colleges and universities coordinate the e-bike scheme centrally. Ask your administration or HoD — a batch application through the institution is often faster.
Get your enrollment certificate
This is a letter from your college/university confirming you are an active enrolled student. The registrar's office issues this — allow 1–3 working days.
Get or renew your learner's permit
Visit the Driving Licence Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner in your district. A learner's permit takes 1–3 days and costs approximately PKR 1,500–2,000.
Visit a Bank of Punjab branch or authorised dealer
Collect the scheme application form. The BOP branch or dealer will guide you through which bike models are available in the current allocation.
Submit your form and documents
Male students: pay PKR 14,000 down payment at this stage. Female students: down payment is waived — no cash payment at submission.
Collect your bike
Once your application is approved (typically 2–4 weeks), you will be notified to collect your bike from the authorised dealer. Inspect the bike before signing the delivery receipt.
Begin monthly installments
PKR 2,100/month begins after collection. Payments can be made at BOP branches, online banking, or Easypaisa/JazzCash (confirm payment channels with your branch).
