Active Punjab government employee
Must be currently serving — not retired, not on unpaid leave.
BPS Grade 1 to 16
Senior officers (BPS 17 and above) are not eligible under this scheme.
Punjab domicile CNIC
Your CNIC address must be registered in Punjab.
Valid driving licence or learner's permit

Application Process
How to apply — step by step
Check your department's internal scheme notice
Many Punjab departments coordinate e-bike applications centrally. Ask your HR/admin department if there is a batch application process — this is often faster than applying individually.
Collect all required documents
Get your service certificate and NOC from HR. Both should be on official department letterhead and signed by the authorised officer.
Visit a Bank of Punjab branch or authorised dealer
The scheme runs through Bank of Punjab and its network of authorised e-bike dealers. Visit either to collect and submit the application form.
Submit application and down payment
Submit your completed form and documents. Pay the PKR 14,000 down payment at the time of application or at bike collection (confirm with your branch/dealer).
Bike selection and collection
Choose from EDB-approved scheme bike models available at the authorised dealer. Inspect the bike, check the battery and motor, and confirm the warranty documentation.
Installment deduction begins
PKR 2,100 is deducted from your salary each month for 36 months. Confirm with HR that the deduction is correctly set up in the payroll system.
