Use any browser on your phone or computer. Make sure you are on the official government site — check the URL carefully.

Click 'Login' or 'Track Application'

Look for the Login button in the top-right or a 'Track Application' link on the homepage.

Enter your CNIC

Type your 13-digit CNIC without dashes. Example: 3520212345678. This is the applicant's CNIC that was used during registration.

Enter your Application ID

This was sent by SMS to your guarantor's mobile when you applied. It is a unique alphanumeric code.

Click Login / Check Status

Press the login or submit button. Your application dashboard loads showing your current status.

Read your status

Your status will be one of: Submitted, Under Verification, Eligible, Selected, Not Selected, or Bike Collected. See the tracking page for what each means.
