What the Phase 2 ballot list PDF will contain
PDF structure
Based on Phase 1 precedent, Phase 2 will release eight separate PDFs — one for each combination of bike type (E-Bike / P-Bike), gender (Male / Female), and list type (Successful / Waiting). Each PDF covers one specific group.
Columns in each PDF
Each row in the ballot list PDF represents one applicant. The columns follow the same format used in Phase 1:

How to search your CNIC in the ballot list PDF — step by step
Download the correct PDF
Choose the PDF matching your gender (Male/Female) and bike type (E-Bike/P-Bike). Download from bikes.punjab.gov.pk only.
Open in Chrome or Firefox
These browsers have built-in PDF viewers with fast search. Avoid slow third-party apps for large government PDFs.
Press Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac)
Opens the in-browser search bar. On mobile Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose 'Find in page'.
Search CNIC without dashes
Type all 13 digits with no dashes: e.g. 3520212345678. This format matches most exported ballot PDFs.
Try with dashes if not found
If no match appears, search: 35202-1234567-8. Some exports include dashes.
Search by name as backup
If CNIC search fails both ways, search your full name or father's name as it appears on your CNIC.
Confirm the full row
When found, verify that Name, Father's Name, District, and Institution all match your records before assuming it's you.

- Official PDFs are hosted only on bikes.punjab.gov.pk — verify the URL before downloading.
- Fake 'result PDFs' appear on WhatsApp within hours of every ballot announcement.
- No one can add or remove names from the ballot list — it is a completed computerised event.
- Checking your result is always free. Never pay anyone claiming to show your result or 'confirm' your selection.
- Fake sites harvest CNICs for fraud. Only enter your CNIC on the official portal.
