The Phase 2 ballot list is the official record of selected applicants published by Punjab's PITB after the computerised draw. This guide explains the list structure, how to navigate male and female sub-lists, how to search by CNIC, and where to download the PDF.

About the Ballot List
What the Phase 2 ballot list contains
Successful List
Contains applicants selected in the computerised ballot draw. Each entry must still pass Bank of Punjab verification before the bike is delivered. The successful list is sorted by district and institution.
Waiting List
Contains reserve positions drawn after the successful list is filled. If a selected applicant fails BOP verification or withdraws, the slot goes to the waiting list in serial order. Low serial numbers (top 10–15%) have a realistic chance of being called.

Male and female Phase 2 ballot lists
The Phase 2 ballot list is released separately for male and female applicants. Each gender has its own Successful and Waiting list for both E-Bike and P-Bike categories — giving eight lists in total.
Male ballot list
Selected male applicants from all districts — E-Bike and P-Bike categories.
Female ballot list
Selected female applicants, including the reserved female quota — E-Bike and P-Bike.

How to find your name in the Phase 2 ballot list
Wait for the official announcement
The Phase 2 ballot list will be announced on bikes.punjab.gov.pk and by SMS. Check the portal after October 4 for updates.
Log in to the official portal
Go to bikes.punjab.gov.pk, sign in with your CNIC and Application ID, and check your dashboard for your status.
Download the correct PDF
Download the PDF for your gender and bike type (E-Bike or P-Bike). There are four PDFs: E-Bike Male, E-Bike Female, P-Bike Male, P-Bike Female — plus waiting lists for each.
Search by CNIC in the PDF
Open the PDF in a browser or PDF reader. Press Ctrl+F and type your 13-digit CNIC without dashes first. If not found, try with dashes.

What is the E-Bike Scheme Phase 2 ballot list?
The Phase 2 ballot list is the official record of applicants selected in the computerised lottery (ballot) conducted by PITB. It includes the applicant's serial number, full name, CNIC, district of domicile, name of educational institution, and father's name. The list is published on bikes.punjab.gov.pk when the ballot result is announced.
When will the Phase 2 ballot list be published?

Is there a separate ballot list for male and female applicants?
Yes. Based on Phase 1 precedent, the ballot list is released separately for male and female applicants, and for each bike type (E-Bike and P-Bike). This gives four main lists: E-Bike Male, E-Bike Female, P-Bike Male, and P-Bike Female — each with a Successful list and a Waiting list.
How do I search my name in the Phase 2 ballot list?
When the Phase 2 ballot list PDF is released, open it in a browser or PDF reader and press Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac). Search your 13-digit CNIC without dashes first (e.g. 3520212345678). If not found, try with dashes. You can also search by name or father's name. Use the ballot list search page to search online when results are available.
What does the waiting list in the Phase 2 ballot list mean?
The waiting list contains reserve positions. If a selected applicant fails Bank of Punjab verification or withdraws, their slot passes to the next applicant on the waiting list in serial order. Lower serial numbers on the waiting list have a higher chance of being called. Keep your registered mobile active — replacement offers come by SMS.
