How to apply for CM Punjab E-Bike Scheme Phase 2 — complete step-by-step guide

Applications for CM Punjab E-Bike Scheme Phase 2 are submitted online at bikes.punjab.gov.pk. The deadline is October 4, 2026. There is no fee, no down payment, and no agent required. Follow these steps to apply correctly the first time.

Apply only at the official portal — it is free

bikes.punjab.gov.pk is the only official application portal. Applying is completely free. Anyone demanding payment to submit your application is running a scam. No offline centres, no agents, no fee.

Step by Step

How to apply for Phase 2 at bikes.punjab.gov.pk

1

Gather your documents first

Have ready: your CNIC (or B-Form if under 18), your driving licence / juvenile permit number, your student enrolment certificate or roll number, your guarantor's CNIC, and the mobile number registered in the guarantor's name.

2

Open bikes.punjab.gov.pk

Go to the official portal in any browser. Look for the 'Phase 2 Apply' or 'Register' button on the homepage.

3

Create an account

Enter your guarantor's mobile number to receive an OTP. Verify the OTP. This mobile number will receive all SMS updates including your Application ID.

4

Fill in applicant details

Enter your full name as per CNIC, your 13-digit CNIC number (without dashes), your date of birth, your gender, and your district.

5

Enter your institution details

Select your educational institution from the list or enter it manually. Provide your roll number or student ID. Select whether it is a school, college, or university.

6

Enter your driving permit details

Enter your driving licence number or juvenile permit number. The type of permit must match what you hold — learner, full, or juvenile.

7

Enter guarantor details

Enter your parent's or guardian's full name as per CNIC, their 13-digit CNIC number, and their relationship to you (father, mother, or guardian).

8

Review all details carefully

Read through every field before submitting. Errors in CNIC, guarantor details, or permit number are common reasons for rejection at verification stage.

9

Submit the application

Click Submit. A confirmation page appears with your Application ID. This ID is also sent by SMS to your guarantor's mobile number. Save it — you need it to track your application.

Entering an expired driving licence or incorrect permit number
Selecting the wrong institution type (school vs college vs university)
